Since our products are custom-made digital artworks created based on your submitted photo and preferences, they are not eligible for return or refund. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go exactly as expected. That’s why we offer a simple and fair revision policy in certain cases to ensure you are happy with your final artwork.

Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

🖼️ Digital Nature of Our Product

All our products are 100% digital and customized based on the photo you upload. Once your order is received, our team manually processes it using advanced AI tools and artistic techniques to create a unique final piece. Due to this personalized nature of the work, we do not offer refunds once the order has been processed.

❌ No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds under the following conditions:

  • If you simply change your mind after placing the order
  • If the photo uploaded does not meet our image quality guidelines
  • If you forget to upload a photo or enter incorrect contact details (email)

As a small creative business, each order takes time and resources. That’s why we are unable to reverse or refund processed work.

✅ We Do Offer Revisions (In Special Cases)

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you genuinely feel that the final artwork:

  • Does not resemble your original photo at all
  • Contains a major issue (e.g., face distortion, missing features)
  • Is completely different from the selected art style

Then you may request a revision within 3 days of receiving your order.

To request a revision:

  1. Reply to your order email with the issue clearly explained
  2. Attach the original photo you submitted
  3. Mention what you expected and what went wrong

Once we review your request and verify that the issue is valid, we’ll be happy to make a one-time revision at no extra cost.

🔁 Revision Limit

We offer only one free revision per order if it qualifies under our revision policy. Further edits or additional changes may require an additional charge.

📩 Non-Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your final artwork within the promised delivery time (usually within 2–4 working days), please:

We will resend the artwork if the order was completed and not delivered due to a technical issue.

📌 Our Right to Decline Orders

In rare cases, we may decline an order if the submitted photo is:

  • Blurry, extremely low quality, or unclear
  • Contains inappropriate or offensive content
  • Violates our content policies

In such cases, we may either request a replacement photo or cancel and refund the order.
